A Note from Mark HansonDecember 20, 2015 by The Seasons | Seasons Newsletter
As the holiday season approaches, we would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a healthy, happy and prosperous new year and introduce you to the first edition of The Seasons Chronicle.
We are extremely excited about the prospect of sharing with you, over the next few months, some of the updated visual imagery and detailed information about The Seasons on Little Lake to show you the nature of this truly four-season community.
My development philosophy evolved from the realization that great lifestyle communities are created by first truly understanding the needs, desires and aspirations of the individuals and families that will call it home. Over the last few years, I have assembled an extraordinary team of brilliant individuals who have tirelessly worked with me to create a unique master-planned community unlike any in Ontario that will have the potential to add tremendous value and, therefore, significantly enhance the lives of all who live there.
The stunning natural environment of this spectacular lakefront property provides the perfect setting for our beautiful and thoughtfully designed homes, as well as the large, elegant members club. Almost 100 acres
will remain as parkland and pristine open space to allow the residents an unending array of healthy outdoor activities and nature to explore all year round.
The homes, members club, parkland and open space have all been meticulously planned and designed to maximize social activities with neighbours, friends and family, while still providing many opportunities for quiet contemplation.
Located less than 90 minutes from Toronto, the warm welcoming Town of Midland in the glorious Region of Southern Georgian Bay will provide year-round sporting and cultural events for you to enjoy.
I look forward to elaborating, in upcoming newsletters, how my team and I are diligently working on making The Seasons on Little Lake the kind of community you will be extremely proud to call home.
